    We are seeking an exceptional scientist, with a strong track record of working in Business Development roles within the pharmaceutical industry who can drive commercial profitability within this division.

    Negotiate and close business opportunities.

    Leverage existing connections and continually build a network within the industry, by actively participating in networking events, industry conferences, and professional associations to expand our business network.

    Prospect for new customers and continue lead generation activities to identify new opportunities within the Biotech/Diagnostics/Pharmaceutical industry.
    Devise and implement comprehensive business strategies to drive growth and enhance market presence.
    Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify strategic business opportunities.
    Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures, including ISO and GMP as needed.

    An MSc in Chemistry and/or biotechnology background with basic knowledge of peptide chemistry is essential, PhD preferred

    Extensive experience in business development within a CRO/CMO or pharma company resulting in a demonstrable understanding of the pharma industry.

    Proven existing network in the UK pharma, cosmetics and adjacent industry.
    Commercial mindset.
    Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
    Excellent verbal and writing command in English language.
    Software skills, Office, SAP.
