    Alliance Program Lead – EMEA

    Role Summary

    Member of the Global Alliance Management Leadership team providing strategic leadership and management of the JLL Alliance Program

    • Helps develops and aligns JLL Alliance strategy with S&P strategy

    • Owns the regional plan to execute the strategy, co-ordinating activity across all four pillars and across specific region

    • Delivery of the regional Alliance Program targets and ensures the requisite approach to services exchange with supply partners is managed and achieved.

    • Provides SME input on Alliance to new business pursuits as required and is a trusted advisor to business stakeholders

    Responsible for leading and executing strategies to influence participation and success of JLL Alliance through:

    Strategy and Plan

    • Implements the JLL Alliance regional strategy.
    • Understand the JLL ESG strategy and work with Regional ESG Lead, Sourcing & Procurement to support the delivery of the JLL Alliance objectives.
    • Implement the goals and timeline that meet our commitment to deliver the JLL Alliance impact and outcomes. Deliver challenging targets that accelerate our journey towards deepening on supply partner participation and revenue ($)
    • Challenge the procurement organisation to be ambitious and bold.
    • Socialise the regional plan with business stakeholders and gain input and support. Socialise and implement with JLL strategic and preferred partners.
    • Report regularly 'progress to plan'

    The Pillars of the Strategy

    • Engage the regional supply base and procurement team in developing the detailed plans to drive the "services exchange" of, Governance and Access, Growth, Operational Excellence, ESG, Innovation
    • Effectively manage the JLL Alliance supply partner reviews; working together with the Regional Category Management and Heads of Client Sourcing through planned and structured SRM sessions to ensure that JLL Alliance is impact and outcomes focused. Engage with supply chain to create a forum for discussion and action.

    Clients/External

    • As required, together with the SMEs within the Category Management Team, support the new business pipeline through Solutions Development with Program/country/regional knowledge
    • Provide specific Program knowledge as required for new business pursuits, liaising with Program Legal business partner as required. Gain acceptance as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders.
    • Representation at client meetings / yellow pad sessions as required.
    • Represent Sourcing & Procurement and JLL at external meetings / forums.
    • Promote JLL's Alliance Program externally at events as required
