As an Education, Skills, and Social Impact Manager you will primarily be a brand ambassador both internally and externally for Santander Communications and Responsible Banking by demonstrating our belief through action.

As part of this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant difference by actively engaging with external stakeholders within your defined geographical region (Scotland & NI) in person three days a week, ensuring effective communication and fostering relationships to achieve our 2024 goals.

Delivering and executing Santander's new strategic blueprint with internal stakeholders to help the bank to be the easiest way for our customers to make their better happen
Commercial acumen, seek out and leverage opportunities to develop both financial and non-financial client relationships
Marketing and communications knowhow to build local marketing campaigns that are designed to build brand awareness, consideration of our offer(s) and conversion (as financial or non-financial clients)
Digitally competent with a curious and open mind to trying new technologies and social media channels that enable agile ways of working and increasing brand awareness.
