    This is a brilliant opportunity for a charismatic and friendly Senior Visitor Experience Duty Manager to join the team at the Serpentine Gallery in London for this fixed term, part time contract.

    The Senior Visitor Experience Manager role offers the opportunity to lead, manage and motivate the team to deliver an enriching and welcoming visitor experience.

    Promote Serpentine's events, programme and services
    Lead, manage, motivate and support team performance

    You will also be responsible for Gallery building security, including opening, locking and securing the buildings, on weekends and during events as well as for the Health and Safety of the team and visitors including Fire Marshal responsibilities.

    After completion of a probationary period, you can expect certain benefits from this role including: discounts on certain products, access to our employee assistance programme, season travel ticket loans and a Cycle2Work scheme.

    This role is a fixed term contract with the Serpentine Gallery, requiring 4 days a week with a shift pattern.

    We are looking for a self-motivated individual who takes initiative and demonstrates a proactive approach to tasks and challenges, who can deliver an outstanding customer experience.

    You'll have strong skills in analysis, problem solving, verbal and written communication as well as IT skills using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
