    Description

    About the role: A luxury boutique hotel located in the vibrant heart of Soho, London, known for its exceptional service and unforgettable experiences, is looking for a Duty Manager to join their Front of House team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee front desk operations, including check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries.
    • Train and supervise front desk staff to deliver exceptional service.
    • Handle guest complaints and ensure resolutions are prompt and effective.
    • Coordinate with other departments for seamless operations.
    • Monitor occupancy levels and assist with scheduling.
    • Enforce hotel policies for a safe and secure environment.
    • Act as a liaison between guests and management.

    Requirements:

    • Previous hospitality experience, preferably in a luxury hotel.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Exceptional customer service skills.
    • Great attention to detail.
    • Very hands-on manager.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
