They are looking for a research manager to lead client projects and offer their expertise to use insights to offer credible solutions for their branding needs.
THE ROLEYou will:
You will demonstrate a passion for brands and comms alongside an ability to learn and a desire and hunger to improve your skillsYou will lead various client projects from brief and costing through to analysis and debrief, ensuring the smooth running of the research projects and a happy client throughout.
You will be responsible for the budget and cost control of the projectYou will be encouraged to contribute to their collaborative culture, with a can-do attitude and a positive approach to your workYOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEYou will need to have:Must have strong experience in Quantitative Research, ideally within brandExcellent communication skills are key - being clear, confident, persuasive, and empathetic – with clients and co-workers.
Brand tracking and brand communications experienceIdeally full service research experience, Project Management as well as Insight.Outstanding communicator (written and verbally), with proven client management experienceSome experience having mentored or trained more junior members of a teamProven in developing and landing actionable insights for the clientsTHE BENEFITSSalary up to £50,000 + BenefitsPrivate health carePensionTHE INTERVIEW1st stage: 30 minutes teams interview2nd stage: Task stage + Presentation
