    Our client, reputable Hosing Association, invites you to take on the role of Head of Regulation and Policy.

    In this pivotal position, you will spearhead the development and implementation of policies to uphold consumer standards, ensure fair housing costs, and drive exceptional customer outcomes.

    As Head of Regulation and Policy, you will be instrumental in shaping company policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering an inclusive culture.


    Head of Regulation and Policy – Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement policies to ensure compliance with consumer standards and rent regulations.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain fair and predictable housing costs for residents.
    • Lead efforts to mitigate complex risks across the business, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
    • Stay abreast of legislative and regulatory changes, adapting policies and procedures accordingly.
    • Manage complex projects with precision, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
    Head of Regulation and Policy –

    Candidate Profile:

    • Proven experience in managing regulatory requirements such as rent standards and consumer standards.
    • Strong track record of identifying and mitigating complex risks, coupled with the ability to develop and evolve policies.
    • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to build and manage relationships at a senior level.
    • In-depth knowledge of legislative and regulatory environments for Registered Providers (RPs).
    • Outstanding organisational and project management abilities, with a focus on delivering results on time and within budget.
