We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to join a client's dedicated team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, technical proficiency, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing timely assistance to end-users, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems.
Responsibilities:
Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Escalate complex problems to the appropriate support teams, ensuring timely resolution.
Document all support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and software.
Collaborate with other IT teams to identify and implement solutions to recurring issues.
Keep abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in IT support.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in a help desk or service desk environment.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus.
