    Job Description Insights Strategist, EMEA

    A successful Insights Strategist at Siegel+Gale could be described by the following qualities:

    • A pragmatic investigator—a person who has a natural knack for working with data, but also one who is good at using the data to draw conclusions that are simple, easy to understand, and useful to the team
    • A creative problem-solver—a flexible person who recognizes that one size does not fit all, and has a gift for designing studies that match the specific needs of each engagement
    • Manage the process of qualitative and quantitative market research studies from the field to completion; this includes, but is not limited to, assisting with the development of questionnaires, analyzing and interpreting the data, making recommendations and helping present the findings
    Turn data into insights and communicate in a clear and compelling manner through reports and presentations
    Work with and provide recommendations to Siegel+Gale strategists and other practice teams to help inform and support their work
    Help manage research vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
    Program online surveys as appropriate
    Be a strategic influence within Siegel+Gale by collecting and sharing information and insights that drive critical brand and business decisions
    Act as a team player routinely facilitating the exchange of ideas and helping to bring ideas to action
    Assist the Director of Insights with thought leadership projects and PR studies to support the Siegel+Gale brand
    Collaborate and network with clients to build longer term relationships

    Ability to manage multiple projects from inception to completion
    Proficient in software applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
    Bachelor's Degree
