    Assistant Director (Vice President) M&A (Real Estate, Construction and Hospitality) - Corporate Finance - London

    Our M&A business is experiencing growth, regularly closing high profile M&A sell-side, buy-side and growth capital raising transactions, supporting a range of clients including listed companies, privately owned companies, private equity firms and public sector clients.

    Our work is focused on UK and European transactions, regularly involving international and cross-border projects.

    As a member of our dynamic and diverse team, you will receive both formal and on the job learning from sector experts, which will help you to develop the skills needed to become an effective advisor.

    To continue building on the success of our Real Estate, Construction and Hospitality Corporate Finance team, there is an opportunity for an experienced M&A adviser to join the team.

    A successful candidate will reflect this passion for the M&A industry and the growth of our business.

    Team-building acumen and experience will be vital, as we intend to expand the team to support this crucial senior appointment.

    Contribute fully to all aspects of practice management including: developing, coaching and managing team members to elevate performance levels across the team, client account management and driving a culture of inclusivity, operational excellence and quality
    Strong experience in a corporate finance environment, including experience playing a lead role in executing transactions as M&A advisor
    Demonstrable track record of executing corporate finance transactions - especially mergers and acquisitions, including financial modelling, negotiation, commercial and financial skills
    Strong experience in a corporate finance environment, including experience playing a lead role in executing transactions as M&A advisor
    Several (5+) years of corporate finance, M&A advisory or related experience.
    Demonstrable track record of originating and executing corporate finance transactions - especially mergers and acquisitions, including financial modelling, negotiation, commercial and financial skills

    Track record of successfully pitching for business, identifying and anticipating commercial opportunities and converting networking activity into delivery of revenue.
