- Identifying of regulatory risks arising from the SCIB activity
- Participating in regulatory projects within the SCIB Division
- Implementing the relevant compliance programs
- Managing information requests from regulators and, if necessary, participation in meetings with them
- Identifying and managing of Regulatory risks and discrepancies across the region
- Developing materials to present to senior management
- Knowledge of Trading Markets Regulations with a focus on EU rules and regulations coupled with experience in development and management of Regulatory Compliance Programs
- German and English as either first or second language
- Knowledge of Corporate and Investment banking products
- Extensive experience in compliance related functions, analysis and advice of the business in matters of risk, regulation and compliance
- Experience and/or knowledge of project management
- Eligible for a discretionary performance-related annual bonus

Santander Corporate & Investment Banking (SCIB) is Santander's global division that supports some of the world's most complex and sophisticated corporate and institutional clients, offering customized services and value-added wholesale products to best meet their needs.
You will be part of the Regional Public Side Compliance advisory team in Europe within the Compliance and Conduct function at SCIB London. You will advise public side business on regulatory and compliance matters, participate in regulatory projects within SCIB, assess regulatory risks and interact with regulators.
