    Specialist, Regulatory - United Kingdom - Threadneedle group

    Description

    In this role you will manage and coordinate the onboarding, offboarding, client custodian/administrator changes and major mandate re-organisations for EMEA & APAC Institutional clients supported by Client Change and Client Services Operations.

    With the support of other teams, you will ensure regulatory guidelines with regards to these events are adhered to.

    Planning and management of Client Onboarding events, including co-ordinating multiple stakeholders, producing transition timelines and leading issue resolution or escalation where required
    Provide clear and concise communication throughout the lifecycle of events ensuring roles and responsibilities are understood and holding stakeholders to account for timely delivery
    Client Management, Client Change, Global Fund Services, Legal, Investment Ops, Data Management, GOIS Operations and Investment Desks to facilitate the smooth execution of client events
    Experience in Asset Management industry
    Good understanding of Asset Management Operations
    Project management experience/qualification an advantage
