    Job Purpose:

This will involve seeing patients, without prior contact with their GP, to establish a rapid and accurate diagnosis and management plan.

    Main Overview of Role:

    • To independently provide physiotherapy assessment to formulate a clinical diagnosis and an appropriate treatment plan which places the patient at the centre of care using evidence-based and best practice approach.
    • Utilise support from a senior physiotherapist where required, recognising own limitations.
