    The Early Talent team execute campaigns and programmes which focus on supporting and developing entry-level talent within our clients.
    The Early Talent team design and deliver end-to-end early careers campaigns; The team are responsible for hiring at four entry levels: Graduates, Summer Interns, Placement Students and Apprentices
    This team is responsible for anything which impacts the candidate's experience during the attraction, recruitment and hiring campaigns.

    This team is responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment processes; An Early Talent Candidate Experience Associate at Wiser is responsible for assisting with planning and delivering best-in-class recruitment campaigns for our clients and ensuring that all candidates are given a positive and fulfilling experience from the get-go.

    Comfortable on the front-line, you will be responsible for the running and management of client mailbox{es), taking ownership of communication with all candidates throughout the recruitment campaign
    Recruitment process
    A friendly face, you will conduct CV screening, telephone and video interviews and effectively score candidates based on a scoring matrix
