    Description

    Introduction

    JOIN US We are seeking an PMO Analyst to join our new program office in our UK team.

    This role offers a great opportunity for the right candidate to build a career in project and programme management disciplines.

    Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Program office team.

    • Work positively with colleagues to make the program office successful and ensure it delivers on what is expected of it.

    2. Manage tasks.

    • Directly manage tasks assigned to you to completion.
    • Collate inputs and help define requirements and outcomes for projects.
    • Support project and program management colleagues in tracking project actions and maintaining accurate records and information.
    • Risk identification, management and reporting.

    3. Identify change.

    • Look proactively for ways in which our business can be improved and raise them for action.

    4. Reporting.

    • Collate inputs from multiple sources.
    • Produce and publish business reporting to target deadlines.

    Key Requirements:

    • Highly organised.
    • Manages multiple tasks concurrently.
    • Team player.
    • High energy, enthusiastic and resilient.
    • Familiarity or ability to learn software business development methodologies and tools.
    • Ability to work with ambiguity and to tight deadlines.
    • Has a want to learn and grow professionally.
