- Provide frontline support to clients for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, addressing technical issues, troubleshooting problems, and resolving system errors.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique requirements and business processes, and provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
- Perform system configurations, customizations, and enhancements to meet client needs, utilizing your expertise in D365 CRM.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to ensure they are proficient in using the CRM system and maximize its capabilities.
- Document support tickets, resolutions, and best practices to maintain comprehensive records and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
- Stay updated on the latest developments and updates in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM technology, and share insights and recommendations with the team and clients.
- Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including configuration, customization, and support.
- Strong technical skills in CRM development, including JavaScript, .NET, and plugins.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in a consulting or client-facing role is an advantage.
