    What we're looking for

    As SurveyMonkey continues its journey to $1B+ in revenue, we're looking for an SEO Analyst Manager to lead our global search engine optimization efforts for The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technical SEO, a proven track record of proactively deriving and communicating data insights in large digital projects, and the ability to autonomously monitor, identify and flag performance anomalies and growth opportunities.

    What you'll be working on

    • Analyzing our content performance to identify content decay, keyword cannibalization and content opportunities.
    • Owning the reporting for the SEO channel, with regular reports and ad hoc analysis. Proactively identify and diagnose fluctuations in performance. Tracking and reporting on key metrics related to international organic search performance.
    • Collaborating closely with content strategists and localization teams to identify in-market content opportunities. Monitoring international SEO performance to identify anomalies and opportunities in content performance across countries.
    • Supporting technical SEO initiatives for our global site, including indexation, hreflang implementation, mobile optimization, and crawlability.
    • Identifying opportunities to create linkable assets with original SurveyMonkey research around seasonal trends, events, and others.
    • Identifying opportunities to improve internal linking and driving these initiatives to execution.
    • Staying updated with search engine algorithm changes, regional search trends, and industry developments to optimize strategies accordingly.
    • Working closely with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and development, to integrate SEO strategies into broader marketing initiatives.

    We'd love to hear from people with

    • Proven experience as an SEO professional with 8+ years of experience.
    • Expertise in data analysis, technical SEO and SEO automation. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret data to drive informed SEO decisions.
    • Python, BigQuery or R proficiency is a plus, with the ability to develop and communicate measuring strategies.
    • In-depth understanding of data storytelling and visualization, with experience in communicating data insights effectively across teams.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the capacity to work effectively with cross-functional, international teams.
    • Demonstrated adaptability to stay current with evolving search engine algorithms and international search trends.
