- Manage and oversee the implementation of complex CRM systems ensuring adherence to project timelines and delivery of desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the institution to ensure seamless integration and adoption of CRM systems.
- Provide high-quality project, secretariat, and administrative support, including leading meeting agendas, formal note-taking, and capturing ownership or delegation of actions.
- Develop and maintain appropriate project documentation, including business case proposals, project charters, workstream plans, risk & issues logs, stakeholder & communications plans, lessons learned, closure reports, etc.
- Oversee program or project action logs, ensuring owners are kept on track, updating progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Coordinate the development and continuous delivery of project communication to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the implementation process.
- Coordinate complex schedules and diaries to organise project meetings or executive meetings in a timely manner, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Undertake desk-based research to support project development as needed.
- Analyse datasets and complex information to produce reports or presentations as required, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders across the institution and external partners or suppliers, ensuring alignment with project objectives and priorities.
- Support the day-to-day activities to ensure progress against agreed timescales, scope, dependencies, risks mitigation, output, and outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of project delivery and implementation, providing feedback as required to optimise performance.
- Raise Purchase Orders where needed, ensuring compliance with procurement procedures and budgetary constraints.
- Build and maintain effective and productive working relationships with colleagues, clients, and third parties, supporting the University's values and promoting a positive work culture.
- Actively seek to implement the University's Health and Safety Policy and Equal Opportunities Policy, ensuring the health and safety of all individuals involved in project activities and promoting equality of opportunity.
- Undertake any other duties that may reasonably be requested appropriate to the grade and responsibilities of the post.
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in the implementation of CRM systems.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and information.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and equal opportunities policies is desirable.
