As of right now, Teach360 is on the hunt for a Behaviour Mentor to work in a secondary school located in Haringey, London.
Ideally, the ideal candidate would be someone who has experience working with young people who have mental health issues, special needs, and challenging behaviour issues.

Behaviour Mentor who is a positive role model to young peopleHave you ever worked in a position where you supported or mentored young people who are exhibiting challenging behaviours in the past?
Would you consider yourself a passionate Behaviour mentor who wants to work with students to help them break down the barriers which are affecting their behaviour and their academic success?
Have you always wanted to work in a school setting with students with challenging behaviour and gain experience and knowledge about how to handle them?
Is there a previous experience that you have had in a similar field that you are looking to transfer to the educational environment that you wish to join?
In the classroom, to assist students with their homework and assignments
Work with other members of staff, such as Behaviour Mentors, Youth Workers, and Pastoral Support Workers, as well as working as a team
Through observation and evaluation, you will be able to monitor and evaluate pupils' responses regarding their learning and their involvement in intervention activities
