    Description
    We are seeking an Internal Project Manager to provide project management on HVAC sites to ensure they are completed on time and in an efficient, professional manner to meet company and customer satisfaction from our office in Solihull

    The Role:
    Assist with commercial and contracts matters relating to orders allocated to PM by Sr.

    Project ManagersAssist with the completion of Health & Safety requirements for sites, including Method Statements and Risk Assessments and the execution of these procedures by approved sub-contractors if required.

    Ensure cost effective purchasing and delivery scheduling for materials, labour and/or equipment to site, all in accordance with the ethical codes of purchasing.

    Complete invoicing of project in a timely manner and to assist with the monitoring of projects financially.

    Liaise with colleagues across the Global company to ensure projects run efficientlyAssist with all variations and vesting, in conjunction with the Quantity SurveyorField commissioning & warranty requestsAbout you:

    HNC/D, Degree in Mechanical / HVAC discipline or equivalent would be an advantageMinimum HVQ level 2/3 in Air ConditioningUnderstand of the AHU, Air Conditioning, Chiller and/or Combustion market.

    Good time management abilityGood IT skills and ability to use software e.g. Microsoft Office PackagesExcellent presentation and communication skills (written and oral)Excellent interpersonal skillsDemonstrable confidence under pressure.
