    Personal Injury Litigation Assistant (4461)

    As a Personal Injury Litigation Assistant, you'll be supporting case handlers by undertaking both complex admin and case handling duties, in order to progress cases to and throughout the court process.

    Working in a small team of experienced Litigation Assistants, you'll liaise regularly with a wide range of clients and professionals, both over the phone and in writing.

    Whether arranging meetings, seeking medical reports or simply chasing information, you'll need to show a sensitive and professional approach at all times.

    You'll be carrying out various tasks such as reviewing evidence, managing data and preparation of legal documents within set guidelines.

    Whilst planning and prioritising will be the key to your success, you'll also need to be flexible and quick to respond to requests at short notice.

    Ideally you will have some prior legal administration experience and you should also bring with you a proven background in a similarly support administration role.
