    Job Description Role:
    Business Analyst
    Leicester (Hybrid 1-2 days p/week)

    Current Projects include:
    IT & Business Change (e.g. CRM implementation, regulatory change projects, IT & business process integration following M&A, ERP enhancements)

    We are working with an iconic UK brand based in the East Midlands to recruit a Business Analyst to lead on a range of high-profile IT & business change projects.

    As a Business Analyst you will work through the full project lifecycle, from business case and early requirements through to successful implementation and benefits analysis.

    To do so you will work closely with key stakeholders to formulate and define project objectives, based on end-user needs.

    We are looking for truly end to end Business Analysts who thrive on getting to the heart of the business need and working with project teams to deliver real value through business processes and solutions.

    Proven track record of successful business analysis across a number of change projects.

    Experience of having direct responsibility for all business analysis activities on large scale IT software development projects through the full life cycle.

    Requirements Analysis & Process Modelling.
    Business Analysis experience working in a large, complex business (£bn+ turnover ideally)
    Experience producing business cases would be beneficial.
