As we grow, we would like to bring in a HR expert to join our senior team to help support in the management of our people.
As HR Manager you will be up to date on legislation and HR policy to provide the advice required to navigate any HR issues effectively.
CMC is a growing management consultancy, delivering change and transformation to our clients across the UK public and private sectors.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for providing HR advice and service to the managers and staff.
Accountable for maintaining and implementing HR plans, systems, processes, policies, and procedures.You would be required to collaborate with managers on HR issues and provide HR subject matter expertise in the areas of: workforce planning, recruitment, retention, engagement and analytics and reporting strategy.
Implementing HR strategies and associated measures to continuously improve CMC.
