    Description

    Job Overview

    We are recruiting for a diverse IT Support and Data Management position, to provide a high-quality user experience whilst maintaining the integrity and security of the IT systems within our Company.

    Working alongside our Data Manager who is due to retire at the end of 2024, this role presents a unique opportunity to progress as the lead role supporting many different areas of IT and the business.

    This role will be based on site and involve regular contact with all users, Management, Directors, and 3rd Party support Companies.

    What we are looking for:


    • Minimum 4 years' previous experience in a similar role is essential


    • An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills


    • Attention to confidentiality, integrity, security and accessibility


    • Must have an eye for detail and accuracy


    • Team player


    • Can do attitude


    • Well organised and dependable

    Responsibilities:


    • To provide first line support to computer users within the organisation


    • Investigating, diagnosing, and solving computer software and hardware faults


    • Liaise with 3rd party IT support companies


    • To maintain security of the IT system, to uphold policies and procedures


    • To create, edit or maintain Crystal Reports for company requirements


    • Developing supporting documentation


    • Perform out of hours work when upgrades are required

    Qualifications:


    • HND or above in an Information Technology related course

    OR


    • Information Technology with Business Intelligence qualification

    Experience:


    • Microsoft Office 365


    • Windows Server/Active Directory/SQL/Exchange


    • Crystal Report Writer


    • MRP Systems
