    Description
    Our Local Authority are currently looking for a Technical Fleet Administrator to join them on a temporary basis.

    Location – Croft, Leicestershire

    Pay Rate - £12.81ph

    This role will be to cover front of house in a busy Vehicle Fleet Services Team dealing with:


    • Face to face and telephone enquires
    • Working closely with the vehicle workshop to keep track of the status of vehicles as they progress through appointments
    • Liaising with service areas to coordinate vehicle delivery and collection
    • Assisting the workshop with breakdown recoveries
    • Assisting with making appointments for technical inspections
    • Running weekly metric/KPI reports for service areas

    Experience required:

    • Front of house – Co-ordinate vehicle workshop, basic admin skills
    • Ideally fleet experience – Any experience with vehicles- garage reception, MOT
    • Not mass of technical knowledge – lots of technical language
    • Customer service a must – communicate in all forms – face to face
