    JOB TITLE: Maintenance Delivery Lead

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Take personal responsibility for safety and adhere to Petrofac's Life Saving Rules.
    • Live our Petrofac Values and incorporate them into daily tasks.
    • Provide necessary support to the Maintenance Team to ensure zero safety incidents.
    • Act as the Single Point of Accountability (SPA) for Petrofac coded maintenance in the CMMS.
    • Support account and commercial managers in preparing CTRs and annual budgets.
    • Utilize digital tools like 'Digital Twin' for work preparation and create digital workflows.
    • Ensure work readiness for gate checks and meet all criteria.
    • Manage work readiness assurance process for Petrofac's work scopes.
    • Drive continuous improvement across all service aspects.
    • Manage non-productive time and enhance productivity.
    • Collaborate with other Maintenance Asset teams to deliver integrated client services.
    • Participate in relevant Petrofac/Client maintenance meetings.
    • Contribute to the recruitment, training, and competence of technicians.
    • Set technician objectives aligned with contract deliverables and provide regular appraisals.
    • Make regular offshore visits and offer support as needed.
    • Approve Petrofac POs, expenses, and timesheets within a set financial limit.

    ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
    • Detailed understanding of maintenance operations in the oil and gas industry.
    • Familiarity with Permit to Work (PtW) systems.
    • Extensive knowledge of maintenance management systems like Maximo/SAP.
    • Experience in coordinating and managing maintenance work scopes.
    • Understanding of hazardous area electrical equipment standards.
    • Qualifications: Higher National Diploma or equivalent practical experience.
    • Good grasp of Maintenance, Operations, Commercial, Safety, and People matters.
    • Demonstrated safety leadership and supervision skills.
    • Proficiency in contract management, organizational & planning expertise.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, and negotiating skills.
    • Strong IT skills and a willingness to work digitally.
