    Looking for your next management opportunity? Join our field team leading as a National Field Manager and represent the market-leading soft drinks brands from Lucozade Ribena Suntory.

    Salary up to £43,000 per annum + 10% annual bonus + company car.


    Ideal location:
    LE1, United Kingdom


    Territory covering :
    National coverage

    What will you be doing?


    • Work with the Client Service Manager to deliver the LRS Convenience and Foodservice strategy through the national field team
    • Employ strategic planning and a commercial approach to the field team ways of working
    • Lead, manage and inspire the regional field management team to execute the LRS Strategy and objectives to ensure KPI achievement to drive maximum ROI
    • Financial control in line with budget requirements
    This would be a great National Field Manager role for you if:

    *You have previous sales and field management experience, specifically within FMCG, convenience, or food service.
    *Share knowledge and best practice and encourage people to learn new skills, creating opportunities for development
    *Maintain a confident and optimistic outlook at work,
    *Use many methods to gather information, both formal and informal, and have a strong network of contacts outside of the account.

    What will we offer you?

    *Salary up to £43,000 per annum DOE + 10% annual bonus + company car.
