    Description
    Senior or Principal EIA Project Manager / Environmental Consultant
    Flintshire - hybrid/remote flexible working

    Salary:
    Up to £40,000-£55,000 depending on experience
    Are you an established project manager, EIA consultant or environmental planner looking to take the next big career move? Want to work at the forefront of delivering the next generation of sustainable infrastructure and tackling some of the biggest environmental challenges facing our society?
    The Role - Senior or Principal Environmental Consultant

    As a result of a growing and diverse pipeline of projects, we require a Senior/Principal Consultant to join our growing Environmental Assessment and Consenting team.

    You will play a pivotal role in the development of our business, supporting our Senior Leadership Team in the management of large and complex projects, whilst playing significant part in business development.

    A flexible hybrid working arrangement to suit both candidate & business needs is on offer.
    # Manage large and complex projects, Client and subcontractor management, project budgets, programme and invoicing.
    # Identification and management of project risks with support.
    # Provide technical leadership role, Technical environmental & planning advice to clients in the renewable energy and other sectors.
    # Tender preparation including obtaining quotes from subcontractors and preparation of fee proposals.
    # Lead role in business development, Account manager for larger clients ensuring that their needs are met and securing opportunities for repeat business.
    # Mentoring of junior staff.

    6 or more years' experience in an environmental discipline
    ~ Solid project management skills
    ~ Thrive in a consultancy environment
    ~ Excellent report writing skills and attention to detail
    ~ In-depth understanding of the planning and environmental assessment legislations across the UK
    ~ Experience of line management and mentoring of junior staff
    ~ Full Driving Licence
