    Description

    This is an incredible opportunity for an ambitious, resourceful and multi-skilled individual who enjoys a varied role to directly support our Founder / CEO.

    Responsibilities are a blend of operational and project-based that directly impacts the delivery of the company's mission and growth.
    We transform high quality self-development content into bite-sized summaries and practical exercises.
    Running point on all strategic projects and initiatives working across teams to ensure alignment is met.
    Working closely with the commercial team to ensure the timeliness of all proposals and pitches.
    Helping to prepare documents for investor meetings, board meetings, customer meetings.
    Anything else as and when requiredDESIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES

    • Degree-level education or equivalent life experience, ideally in a psychology related fieldA quick learning individual with natural problem solving skillsStrong passion for startups and technologyExcellent written english, attention to detailstrong analytical skillsAbility to work independently and take initiativeStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized and detail-orientedExperience juggling lots of tasks at once, able to prioritise your workload accordingly and work to a deadlineEntrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take on new challengesYou get pleasure from doing a phenomenal job and going the extra mileRegular use of self-development apps and other platforms an advantageBenefitsCurrently we are mainly remote so this can be a fully remote role, although with teh founder based in Brighton hybrid may be an advantage.
