- Foster and nurture strong, enduring relationships with key accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, promptly addressing their needs and inquiries.
- Gain insight into client's business objectives to offer customised solutions and services.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services and resolution of any issues.
- Identify potential business opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to the formulation of account growth strategies.
- Generate regular reports and updates on account status, sales forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor's activities.
- Manage and maintain customer price lists, ensuring accuracy and profitability.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive matrix of key contacts within client companies and track levels of engagement.
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
- Confident communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated passion for driving growth within existing key accounts.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
