Field Sales Representative£20,000 to £25,000 Base + Car Allowance and Commission

Key Responsibilities
Engaging with your community daily via residential door to door sales
Collaborating with your manager to create successful sales and territory plans
Identifying, negotiating, and winning new customers daily
Delivering excellent customer experience and product knowledge at ever door
Striving to exceed KPIs and targets to truly benefit from uncapped commissions
Using all tools provided to create pipeline and gather customer data
Building relationships with peers and key stakeholders across all business units
Skills & Experience Required
Full UK drivers license
Negotiation, presentation and closing skills
Ability to build positive and effective relationships
Ability to work under pressure and consistently reach targets
Organisation skills with good time management
Experience in direct sales, ideally in the telecom industry is a bonus, but not essential
