    Salary Up to £45,000 (depending on experience) + bonus and benefits

    We offer two bonuses (personal performance paid quarterly and company performance paid annually) with private healthcare and dental cover and a generous pension scheme.

    Did you know we have just opened our 1000th Specsavers store in UK? As a Store Designer you'll play a pivotal role in transforming our stores into unforgettable experiences.

    You'll work closely with our project team to breathe life into our project briefs, exploring imaginative solutions that maximise each store's potential.

    Giving the wow factor, whilst ensuring compliance with regulations and brand standards, as an experienced Store Designer you will deliver fast-paced rollouts alongside complex relocations, and store refresh programmes, no two days are the same.

    Working closely with our Joint Venture partners you will creatively bring their requirements to life whilst building key relationships with all levels of stakeholders across the business and collaborate with Project Managers to ensure smooth execution of our vision and stay ahead of industry trends through regular CPD sessions.
