    Job Title:
    Lead Technical DesignerLocation: LondonSalary: £70,000 per annum
    Work Arrangement: 5 days office based.

    Our client, a prominent global workplace design and delivery organization, is seeking a highly skilled Lead Technical Designer to join our dynamic team in London.

    This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to contribute to cutting-edge design projects while enjoying a balanced work arrangement.


    Key Responsibilities:
    As the Lead Technical Designer, you will be responsible for:Providing technical drawing support and assistance to the Creative teamCollaborating with sub-contractors on technical aspects of design concepts during the pitch phaseDeveloping technical aspects of design concepts in the design development phase through collaboration with sub-contractorsCreating detailed project drawing packsEnsuring designs comply with building control regulationsCollaborating with the team to ensure successful project implementationMaintaining standards on-siteAttending sub-contractor and client site meetings when requiredDeveloping commercial awarenessStaying up-to-date with the latest products and techniques to provide the best recommendations to clientsAdvising and mentoring junior members of the design teamSkills, Experience & Qualifications:Advanced knowledge of Revit, PowerPoint, and ExcelDesirable but not essential: Knowledge of EnscapeProven experience in interacting with project teams and working in a team environmentRelevant degree qualificationsRelevant professional qualificationsPersonal Qualities Recommended for
