    We are seeking to hire a hands-on Paid Social Media Manager with proven digital marketing & team leadership expertise to:Lead and train social team and optimize campaigns for better performanceSet up analytics and provide reports and insights on campaign performanceCreate marketing strategies and help in sales pitchesEnsure client marketing goals are met and able to improve results when neededDigital Silk is built upon the principles of self-betterment, excellence, proactivity, and teamwork.

    This is for a full-time, remote-work-at-home position as our headquarters are in the US.

    We do require team members to work 8am to 5pm EST (with breaks) as our clients are in the US.

    A work culture focused on mutual success and continuous growthCompetitive pay, salary growth and bonusesEquity ownership in our company – share in profit upon company saleChallenging projects and opportunity to work with great team membersWork-from-home opportunity4 weeks paid time offResponsibilities:Lead and enhance the performance of the social teamSpearhead marketing strategiesCreate effective ad copies for campaignsBe hands-on when needed to set up or optimize campaignsSupport sales when needed and create marketing presentationsConversion set up and confirm trackingCreate analytics reportsPrepare presentations to share insights and findings with clientsEnsuring the marketing team is achieving results for each clientRequirements:Minimum 10 years of digital marketing experienceExpertise in setting up and optimizing social campaignsCertification in data analyticsDeep knowledge of data warehousing, and miningAdequate knowledge of data collection methodsSolid experience in creating marketing strategiesProven marketing campaign experienceEffective time management skills and the ability to multitaskStrong copywriting skillsProven ability to manage teams and budgetsProfessional and proactive work ethicHigh competence in project and stakeholder managementExcellent interpersonal, communication skillsExperience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing16.
