    Operations Coordinator, Investment Banking£35,000 - £38,000 (1-year FTC)


    Do you have several years' experience working in a busy team in a multi-tasking role?Are you IT-savvy and really good at processes and completing projects?Are you a motivated problem solver with high attention to detail?If the answer is yes; we'd love to hear from you.

    Our client is looking for a dynamic individual to join their operational team covering HR, Compliance and IT to support the Operations Manager with day to day processes.

    (5 days in office – 4 days in 1 WFH after probation period) What you'll be doing day-to-day:
    Working closely with IT to coordinate the issue of standard IT kit, ensuring procedures are followedWorking with HR on the onboarding of new joiners, processing leavers and CRM managementManaging the security and access listsTaking ownership of staff distribution lists, liaising with HR, IT and CoplianceUpdating intranet sitesMonitoring the Operations inbox and actioning as appropriateWorking on special projects as requiredProviding administration support for Team Leader meetings; scheduling dates, agendas, attending meeting and producing meeting notesProviding admin support to the Operations ManagerLiaising with colleagues and building strong working relationships across the London officeThe skills you need to bring:3+ years' in a similar process driven role, ideally within financial servicesHard working and proactive approachProfessional attitude and complete discretionAdvanced MS OfficeDesire to work as part of a close-knit teamFantastic attention to detail
