An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Manager for the Family Assessment and Intervention Service.
You will need to be a qualified social worker, registered with Social Work England and with relevant experience in statutory safeguarding services. You will have experience in delivering safeguarding services with an interest in expanding your learning and development in all aspects of early help provision and children's social care. You'll work quickly with a strong team around you.
You should be able to demonstrate an ability to manage and develop staff, provide supervision and guidance, support team activities and strategic priorities.
As a Team Manager in the Assessment and Intervention Service you will need to be able to work at a fast pace and be well versed in our Effective Support for Families in Merton document
