    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a talented and experienced Audit Manager to join our dynamic team in Tonbridge Wells.

    As an Audit Manager, you will play a key role in leading audit engagements, managing client relationships, and mentoring team members.

    Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of services.
    Supervise and mentor audit team members, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional development.
    Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices, applying knowledge to enhance audit methodologies and processes.

    Collaborate with partners and senior management to drive firm initiatives, contribute to business development efforts, and promote a culture of excellence.

    ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.
    Previous experience in audit within a reputable accounting firm, at the Manager level.
    Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
    Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
