    Social Media Strategist

    Location:
    Central London, hybrid (1 day in the office a week)

    My client are an award-winning, full-service agency, who after a period of growth they are now looking to onboard another Social Media Strategist.

    They focus on employment communications that create inspiring communication strategies to connect organizations with their colleagues and potential candidates with the goal to build affection between companies and their employees, helping them to thrive and succeed.

    As a Social Media Strategist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing effective social media strategies to enhance our brand visibility, engage with our target audience, and drive business growth.

    The perfect candidate will be a social media enthusiast with a deep understanding of various social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

    A creative thinker with a knack for developing engaging and compelling content that resonates with our target audience. A strategic planner who can analyse data, identify key insights, and optimise social media campaigns for maximum impact.
    Proven work experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role.
    Experience working in branding agency is ideal
    Experience of building up a social media following from scratch is highly advantageous
    Solid understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
    Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful social media campaigns.
    Proficient in using social media management and scheduling tools.

    They have an office based in Central London and can offer hybrid working with 1 days in office and 4 day working from home a week.

    Salary-wise they can offer between £50,000 - £55,000, depending on background and experience.
