    This is an exciting time to join us and help shape the future. EHS programmes at the Weybridge site and, to ensure compliance with laws, regulations and Haleon Standards, and ensure that EHS-related risks and impacts are effectively managed


    • Act as a champion for EHS across the site and work with site EHS leads, managers, supervisors and other staff to help them improve EHS management and performance in their areas of responsibility. Interacts with a diverse group of stakeholders including site leadership, facilities management, third party service providers, above site functions and EHS regulators. The role will develop their EHS capabilities via a combination of on the job and vocational training and it is essential that they are keen to develop the necessary EHS skills. The role is highly versatile in nature and the successful candidate will need to engage with, and drive progress across a variety of site engagement programmes to help improve employee engagement at the Weybridge site, working closely with the site based functional teams (R&D, Commercial and SC) and the site leadership team.


    Support the implementation of site EHS strategy, associated annual plans, and continuous improvement of EHS management systems and shared service model to include: Co-ordinate site EHS programmes with an emphasis on key EHS risks for the site, e.g.

    machinery, chemical agents, ergonomics, fire safety, health and wellbeing and process safety, workplace transport, waste and effluent management


    • Coordinate the Site EHS Committee to ensure timely delivery of meeting content from contributors, recording of minutes and tracking of actions.
    • Planning, coordinating, conducting audits and tracking actions to completion. Contribute to documentation of the EHS management system and assist in the implementation EHS legislation and Haleon EHS Standards into local EHS procedures
    • Developing own knowledge and skills through a combination of practical work and training across the wide range of EHS service areas.
    Organise logistical arrangements for external meetings (MP/Government officials visit, key external partners etc) and key site senior leadership meetings


    • Co-ordination of Site Town Halls/Let's Talk Sessions Financial management of a wide variety of site engagement spends including PO tracking, CERPS management to help manage site budget
    • Coordinate and help in building and release of all site operational communication
