    About The RoleThe H&S department is expanding its services it provides to Workman LLP & Workman Facilities Management Limited.

    This is to include the creation of a H&S Advisor position based at either our Bristol or Swindon offices to assist in maintaining compliance levels through various H&S management systems and on-site support services.

    OBJECTIVETo provide support and assistance to the Firm in the day to day management of Health and Safety, covering regional area.

    Responsibilities Assist with the development, implementation and management of H&S policies and procedures throughout the FirmProvide H&S advice and support to all operational employees including those based at properties under our managementAssist with the development and delivery of H&S training to employeesProvide assistance and support with use of the Firms web-enabled H&S databases and electronic management systemsUndertake site specific risk assessments/auditsAssist with maintaining the Firms


    ISO:
    45001 recording systemRespond to and investigate Health and Safety incidents, where necessary, including relevant escalations and liaison with external authoritiesEngage with regular Health and Safety meetingsEngaging with clients where necessaryUndertake the role as appointed person for Fire Warden and First Aider for the regional office(s)
