    Description

    Job Description Our client - an international law firm - is seeking a Senior Conflicts Lawyer to join their growing team in London.

    This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the firm's senior management, and the wider business, in ensuring the development and maintenance of the highest standard of professional conduct, as well as ensure global compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

    Preparing and delivering conflicts/risk training in-person, across offices, as well as virtually

    Understanding the significant risks faced by the firm across the entire compliance function, i.e., Professional Indemnity risks, Data Protection and Privacy risks, financial crime risks, as well as conflicts and risks associated with client engagement.

    Managing the legal analysis of escalated potential conflicts and confidentiality issues
    Implementing policies and procedures for managing conflicts, recommending changes, and implementing improvements as required.

    Qualified lawyer with years of experience practising in an international law firm
    A Bachelor or Master's Degree (or equivalent)
    Extensive experience managing conflicts and confidentiality risks within a law firm
    Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills
    skilled in influencing and motivating others, including senior leaders
    Excellent training skills; capable of inspiring engagement with relevant training and scenarios from busy executives
