- Developing and maintaining relationships with schools and Trusts across the Bradford area to increase recruitment to ECF and NPQ programmes.
- Lead and manage regional communications to schools, MATs and Teaching School Hubs in your region to grow placement schools and increase nominations for PGTA candidates. This will be achieved through in person/online meetings, phone calls, direct emails and attendance at school-facing events.
- Building and maintaining effective strategic relationships with key senior and executive stakeholders.
- Liaise with marketing team on school-facing marketing collateral.
- Particular focus on developing the 'all in partner' strategy and supporting the establishment of the Satellite.
- Contribute to national NIoT partnerships projects.
- Develop the placement strategy for ITT and maximise opportunities for placement
- Understanding schools' needs in order to provide effective support and excellent customer service
- Work with Programme Managers to resolve escalated issues quickly and professionally
- Ensuring all recruitment targets are achieved through either Associate College delivery or campus delivery
- Supporting the Regional Principal with key strategic relationships and deputising where needed
- Being the point of contact for your portfolio of schools and multi-academy trusts.
- Identifying opportunities for strategic partnerships with schools and multi-academy trusts.
- Offering a solutions-focused approach to the challenges our stakeholders face, ensuring their voice is heard within the organisation.
- Understanding your Safeguarding obligations and the protection of children and young people.
- Contribute to partnerships activity to build reach within the Star Northwest Teaching School Hubs.
- Ability to maintain relationships, influence and negotiate at a strategic level.
- A pro-active, entrepreneurial approach and the ability to thrive in a start-up environment.
- Excellent customer service, putting our stakeholders at the heart of our decision making, resulting in greater customer loyalty and retention and a strong reputation in the marketplace.

This role will contribute to partnership development across the region (including the Star Teaching School Hubs) and to the national partnership strategy work for the NIoT.

Salary: From £45,441 per annum + benefits
