    The Performance Co-Ordinator reports into the Operational Control Hub Manager. They will work closely with the whole business to analysis the Operational Key Performance Indicator (OKPI) and ad hoc data analysis as contract requires. They will take part in regular meeting with Buckinghamshire Council and Senior Management to present the monthly scores.

    What you'll be doing

    As a Performance Co-ordinator, you will:

    Proactively monitor the contract OKPMs; highlight any risks / potential failure points and support delivery of any necessary changes to ensure targets are met

    Ad hoc performance analysis and information provision across all service teams

    Supporting the Operational Control Hub in managing all incoming emergency situations: effective and efficient communications with operational teams

    Champion quality on the contract by encouraging 'Right First Time' Scheme and supporting the Quality Advise embed BBLP quality polices throughout the contract

    Deliver improvement projects with support from OCH and Operational teams

    Reviewing and updating process to ensure everything is working efficiently.

    Who we're looking for

    You will have the following:

    Strong Working knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools, such as Microsoft Excel & PowerBi

    Collaboration experience with different teams and departments to provide expertise and insight

    A methodical approach to processes with an eye for detail

    Ability to achieve targets, sometimes within tight time constraints, in a calm and controlled manner

    Good communication skills both verbal and written

    Be a team player, assisting colleagues if required, a flexible attitude and a willingness to travel to other site locations, if required on an ad hoc basis.
