- Gain a deep understanding of the Home Ownership Team's responsibilities and the broader team roles within the Housing Association to deliver exceptional service to Clarion's Customers, focusing primarily on Home Owners and Leaseholders.

We are on the lookout for a skilled Home Ownership Specialist to join our welcoming Home Ownership team in Norwich on a temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities
The Home Ownership Specialist will deliver a top-notch customer service experience in handling and finalizing the Housing Association's procedures for Home Owners and Leaseholders.
Your main goal will be to provide a prompt and effective service to Clarion's Customers by interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.
Some of the essential duties for this role are:
Desired Profile
Customer service excellence is vital for success in this position, so if you have a proven track record of delivering top-quality service and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you. The ability to adapt and handle challenging situations with confidence is crucial. A strong customer focus, supported by expertise in leasehold and asset management, is essential.
Experience in housing or property management is a must, as well as GCSE Maths and English Grade C or equivalent, and proficiency in MS Office suites. Knowledge and practical experience in leasehold management, section 20 consultation, and relevant legislation are required.
If you possess a strategic mindset, customer-centric approach, and a clear understanding of the broader factors influencing the Home Ownership sector, we are interested in hearing from you.
