- Ensure that the Facilities are maintained to the levels specified in the Performance Standards of the Project Agreement between RFM and Tameside clients.
- Undertake planned, responsive, and cyclical maintenance work either independently or as assistant to a maintenance tradesperson on:
- Service and repair of lighting and power distribution systems.
- Reactive repairs to all types of lighting systems and power distribution systems.
- Service and repair of motors and pumps.
- Competent on BMS control systems
- Competent PAT tester
- Undertake maintenance duties in such a manner as to support the objectives of the Client and with respect for the dignity and privacy of the resident group.

Maintenance Engineer - Electrical
Location: Mobile position in the Northeast of England, ideal candidate based in or near Newcastle
Contract: Full time, permanent.
Hours: 40 hours per week. Core hours Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5pm, plus on-call shift on rota basis (additional payment applicable)

Your new role
What you'll do:
About you:
To be successful in your application, you will be a qualified Electrician with reasonable experience in a maintenance role within a commercial setting. City & Guilds or equivalent qualification required including 18th Edition. You will have experience in electrical power distribution systems, and preferred experience in electrical testing. Valid UK Driving Licence required.
The successful candidate will require a Basic DBS Check before starting in the job.
