    Our client is an established global contextual adtech company specializing in maximizing the effectiveness of campaigns across YouTube and CTV (Connected TV).

    With a focus on delivering targeted, high-impact advertising solutions, they are at the forefront of innovation in the digital advertising space.

    This is a pivotal role within the organization, responsible for driving revenue growth and establishing strategic partnerships with leading agencies across EMEA.

    The ideal candidate will possess extensive digital agency sales experience, a robust network of contacts within Agency Land, and a deep understanding of the video advertising ecosystem, particularly YouTube.

    Develop and execute the EMEA sales strategy in alignment with the company's overall objectives, focusing on revenue growth and market expansion.

    Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders within leading digital agencies, particularly Omnicom, to drive adoption of our client's advertising solutions.

    Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing EMEA sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team targets.
    Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote our client's brand and offerings.


    Qualifications and Experience:
    Proven track record of success in digital agency sales, with a focus on video advertising solutions.

    Extensive network of contacts within leading digital agencies, with a strong emphasis on Publicis, Omnicom, Group M and IndependentsPrevious experience building and managing high-performing sales teams, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate.

    Deep understanding of the video advertising ecosystem, including platforms such as YouTube, CTV, and programmatic advertising.
