    Are you ready to be inspired by the transformative power of education? Do you possess the leadership skills needed to guide a well-established board of governors? A school in Boston, Lincolnshire, is seeking a dedicated volunteer to drive school improvement as the chair of governors.

    • Ensuring accountability
    • Providing support and challenge to the school's senior leadership team
    • Monitoring and evaluating the school's progress
    • Budgetary allocation and control
    • Shaping plans for school improvement and overseeing their implementation
    • Setting the school's aims and values
    • Appointing senior staff members, including the Head Teacher

    This opportunity is for a Primary Academy School, targeting individuals with strong ties to the local Boston community and an understanding of local governance.
