- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, finance, mathematics or a relevant quantitative field. MBA a plus
- 7+ years of experience in business / strategic planning, revenue operations and/or relevant experience in consulting, with a focus on B2B technology / SaaS
- Deep understanding of B2B sales and GTM strategies and processes
- Track record of identifying, leading and executing strategies that drive revenue growth and operational efficiencies
- Strong project management skills gained from roles in management consulting or strategic planning teams within technology companies
- Proactive and autonomous work approach, thriving in dynamic environments
- Exceptional problem solving and analytical abilities, capable of leading quantitative analyses and translating insights into actionable strategies
- Superior Excel / Google sheet analysis skills including modelling. Proficient in data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Qlik
- Strong leadership, influence, and execution skills across all cross-functional levels
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems. CRM implementation experience a plus
