    Description
    We are currently looking for a Night Manager to join our Guest Service Team.

    As Night Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of guests and the hotel in general overnight.

    The ideal Night Manager candidate will create, maintain and enhance effective working relationships to ensure the smooth running of the hotel, as well as:
    Greeting guests and assisting with a late arrivals/early departures
    Ensuring any meeting/dining rooms are set up as required for the next day's business
    Monitoring and patrolling the hotel premises
    Thorough understanding of all hotel regulations including fire safety, health and safety and hotel evacuation procedures.
    Ensuring all access to the hotel is secure as required by hotel policies and procedures
    Performing any related security duties as required overnight
    Carrying out fire walks and security patrols within the hotel premises including car parks and any outbuildings
    Ensuring the company guidelines and audit procedures are followed when completing the night audit
    Responding to guest requests and enquiries in person or by telephone
    Our ideal candidate will have:
    Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
    Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
    Proficiency in using IT/computer systems and software
    Leadership or supervisory experience is an asset
    You will need to be bright, bubbly, attentive and enjoy working in a fast paced, customer facing environment. Due the nature of the role some lone working and unsociable hours are required.
