    Fleet Education Services is searching for qualified teachers to help us deliver exceptional alternative and supplementary English/Maths/Science tuition programmes to a variety of learners in and around Maidstone – this is your opportunity to provide meaningful education that will significantly impact the lives of young people struggling to meet academic expectations or who are outside of mainstream schooling.

    Through your in-person, dedicated support you will help shape the futures of the young learners you tutor, reengaging them in education.

    Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure learners' academic success.
    Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and learner performance through our virtual learning platform.

    Competitive weekly renumeration through PAYE.
    flexible roles that suit your availability with no limitation on the number of placements that you can accept. (Support and guidance from our Quality Assurance team who also provide ongoing training opportunities that count towards your CPD.
    QTS/QTLS or equivalent professional teaching qualification/Bachelor's level degree.
    Minimum 6 months teaching/tutoring experience within the UK.
    Experience of working with pupils at secondary level essential.
    Experience working with SEN, SEMH learning needs.
